Builders who incorporating a new layer of technology find success with homebuyers now and set them up for a higher resale value. While this trend for digital automation is the largest in the U.S., it is rapidly growing in popularity in countries around the world and represents a significant economic impact.

The 2,062-acre development has a comprehensive organic farming program and over 700 acres of open space with miles of planned hiking and biking trails.
